Title: Instructions For Emailing a Techlog to Support

If we request a techlog from you, please follow these instructions:

1 - Start DashCommand.
2 - Enter the console screen and enable debugging.
3 - Return to main menu and press connect.
4 - Perform any extra actions necessary to duplicate your problem.
5 - Reenter the console screen and send/email the log to support@palmerperformance.com.
6 - In your email, briefly describe the issue you are seeing. Whoever checks your email might not have read your forum post.


Notes:

Android users, press the MENU button while in the console to enable debugging and send the log.

Do NOT clear the log in the console.
