Currently you cannot do any of these things. However, we are adding some new features to DashCommand that should make you very happy.

I'm willing to part with a custom design if you're willing to code it up and bundle it with a future release. Right now I don't think I'll ever get time to fully dive into DashCommand. Making a gui/gauge is way faster for me at the moment.

For the animations, this will probably not be a supported feature in the near future. But I'm definitely open to any ideas on how to represent an animation in the DashXL editor.
Well, if the user wanted to have an animated sequence, just have them call it out in some sort of XML style syntax:Code:
<button name>
<button function>
<image linked to function 1>
<image linked to function 2>
</button function>
</button name>
<button function>
<image linked to function 1>
<image linked to function 2>
</button function>
</button name>
About the menus, are you talking about removing the menus from DashCommand, or from the DashXL editor?
An option to completely hide the File/Edit/Option menu for people running full CarPC units.
