I have SCANXL when I switch to ABS or AIR BAG mode, it automaticly switches back to powertrain mode. What is wrong?

I have the SCANXL software, when I switch to ABS or AIRBAG diagnostic mode, it always switches back to POWERTRAIN mode. What am I doing wrong?
