Hi, I am new to PCMScan and I am trying to get a graph or chart that shows what my O2 sensors are doing over time. When I click on the Oxygen Sensor tab and then click "read o2 sensor test results, I see the comment that 4 sensors are present and whether they are open or closed loop, I also see values in the white chart on the top right but I would like to have a timeline of what they are doing - is that possible

Take a look at the graphs (from the Dashboards tab). There are some pre-configured graphs and you can also set up your own just the way you like it.

Thanks Brian, I see it now. What is the purpose of the oxygen sensor tab it only seems to show what sensors are present and if the computer is open or closed loop?

IMO, the oxygen sensor tab isn't all that helpful. It basically reports the information you listed (which ones are present, and their status). And if the vehicle supports it, it also shows the sensor calibration information in the table. The graph on the oxygen sensors tab doesn't ever change. It's just a reference so that you can loop up some piece of information (from the table above it, again if your vehicle supports it) and see where on the waveform that should happen.
Most people who are familiar with scan tools and vehicle repair already know how oxygen sensors work. Which is why I don't see all that much value in it. And it seems that many vehicles don't support that information anyways.

I have just purchased the Scanxl software. When I click on the Oxygen Sensor graf tab it shows which sensors are present but No values in the right side window? How to I get the values to display? Thanks

Your vehicle probably doesn't support the OBD-II requests for that information.

What is the purpose of the pull down field above the above the sensor calibration table (on the oxygen sensor tab page)? It is greyed out and says Bank 2, Sensor 1 on my monitor.

I believe that is for viewing the results for different sensors, if any other sensors are available.

My car has a very strange problem. It loses power very slightly sometimes. And in the morning cold start, it has misfire in cylinder #1 and cylinder #4. I mean, every day the same cylinder misfire. After that, error code P2416 - "O2 Sensor Swapped Bank 1 Sensor 2 / Bank 1 Sensor 3" What can that be? Here is the photo of diagnostic:  Is there anything wrong?

We aren't mechanics, and we're not qualified to give repair advice.
As a side note, if you have an engine that uses 1 coil for 2 cylinders, you might have a coil going bad. On my 1998 Camaro V6, I have 3 coils. 1 coil for cylinders 1/4, 1 for 2/5, and one for 3/6. Don't take my word on this though, I'm not saying the coil is bad, just something I noticed that you were missing on 1 and 4.

Ignition coil, the spark plugs have wires that run to the coils. Different ignition systems will have different coil setups. Old cars that use a distributor only have 1 single ignition coil, that gets pointed at the correct spark plug via the distributor. More modern engines usually have 1 coil per 2 cylinders, or even 1 coil per cylinder.
