I can connect to ScanTool but not to ScanXL.  I get Error 200 shown below.  I upgraded from Build 880 to v2.0.10 Build 1091 and have the same problem.  What can I do to connect with ScanXL?  I am using Win98.

Found ElmScan interface on COM1!
Switching to 115200 baud.
Failed to open OBD-II connection! Error 200: OBD-II communication error.

Can you please send me a techlog (on level 9) of the connection process? I would like to try and figure out why it's not working. To get the techlog, first go to the help menu->debug options and set the debug level to 9. Then try to connect again. After it fails go back to that debug menu and save the techlog. Then send it to me so I can try to see what's going wrong.

Please upgrade to the latest version of the software. Build 1865 is fairly old now and there is a good chance we've fixed any problems you're seeing in the latest version.
