I am really interested in buying your software. Do you have a date to release Jeep/Chrysler version? Is it on hold until Fiat buys Chrysler? or you are going to release it soon.

Regards,

Unfortunately, we do not have a firm release date for Chrysler yet.

May I ask what the hold up is?? this enhancement has been waited for a VERY long time with no explanation??? Is this a ploy? or are you just NOT going to purchase the enhancement from Chrysler?? YES! I am upset! You say Very Soon but it never comes, people have been waiting for years for this enhancement to no avail???
Please  Please  Please at least step up to the plate and give us some truth, I have a 2009 Grand Caravan, a Liberty and a wrangler. What I DON"T have is any help from you for diagnostics.
It takes no longer then a Month to purchase the subscription from Chrysler and get this enhancement out for us but all we hear are excused like COMING SOON and we receive notiing for years when it should be (((A COUPLE MONTHS))) at MOST??  AGAIN, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give us some TRUTHFUL answers PALMER PERFORMANCE, We look to you for the BEST and get this???
I await your answer,  Pastor John.

I really need to vent over this.

Take the statement off. There is no "Coming Soon" Either tell us what the hold up is, or don't let us feel mislead for three years.

Can you understand where we Jeep owners are coming from? This is so annoying. I just want to pay for it and move on.

While I am at it, I also have a Toyota in the same boat.. I am double pissed.

I don't want to pay $2000 to $4000 for Snap-On test equipment. So I just don't understand this process you are locked up in.

I'm interested in this also!
I'm able to reprogram any aspect of my engine controller now and I would like to have more Chrysler specific access to perform better data logs Vs the generic options.
