I have a Dashcommand with iOS that I have had for several years. I use it frequently to read and clear codes using the WLM 327 module. I want to get more into monitoring the  emissions on my 13 Ram 2500 Cummins since, out of the 13 visits for warranty in 3 years, 11 have been emissions related. I cannot locate how to monitor the dpf, SCR, and def systems. Also, how is a permanent code cleared?

Permanent codes will self clear after enough cold starts with the problem resolved, you cannot manually clear them.

I think a lot of what you want to monitor isn't part of the standard OBD-II spec, or if it is your vehicle doesn't support the standard OBD-II PIDs for that data. You should be able to monitor any supported data from the Data Grid or Gauges screens.
