I have XP service pack 3
Blue tooth USB transmitter receiver on com port 12
In my BT devices I can set the BT to communicate
When I try to connect it turns of the BT and looks at com 3, 11, 12
Scan XL then gives an error for no communication
The same happens if I do not set the BT to communicate

where do I start?
