IS THERE A WAY TO HAVE EVERYTHING IN THE CONTAINER CHANGE SIZE ?
NOTE: ALONG WITH EVERYTHING IN IT?  X,Y. WITHOUT HAVING TO CHANGE EACH ELEMENT

There is, indeed, a way to do this. If you select a layer or container, in the Dashboard Object Properties dialog there will be an input field for Scale Factor X/Y. So if you wanted it 10% taller, you would change the Y scale to 1.1.
