Hello All

I'm fairly new to designing virtual gauges and I had a few questions to start off and help me get into the right direction. Any help will be appreciated.

Firstly, I downloaded the trial version of DashCommand and PCMScan.  I also have downloaded a virtual gauge template which I have visually edited for personalization to different PIDs for my Subaru:

My first question for everyone, how do I edit the values that are not at the start and the end of the ARC? From what I can see, I can only edit the two end points:

I also have replaced the PIDs for all 6 sensors, and I could only get the engine RPM sensor to show on the gauge.  None of the Needle marks are appearing on the gauges either.

Your PID problem is because you don't have a license, the trial versions only will show engine RPM.

What values that are not at the beginning/end of the arc are you wanting to change? Thickness? Color? An arc must have the same thickness all the way down, it can't change in the middle, and the color can be changed in the middle by using a gradient brush.

Weston

Thank you for the quick reply. I eventually figured out how to change the tick marks and the values they associate with them as shown:

For the ARC, I was refering to when the data changes in value, the indicator should move along side the arc from the min to the max value. As for the engine rpm gauge, the value above "Engine RPM" varies and nothing else.

The DashCommand Software is 24.95? and the PCMSCAN license is 99.99? Now Scripts are only functionable in PCMSCAN and not DC at the moment?

I'm glad you figured it out. Please ask if you do have any other questions.

We have planned for scripts to be available in the next update of DashCommand.
