Hi,

When I download a user script from dashXL, is the scripts that the skin uses included? If yes then how do I extract the scripts from the skin.

The scripts are not included in the skin sets on DashXL.net. Usually the scripts are attached to a forum post corresponding to the skin set. There is a link for "Talk About this Dashboard on our Forums" or similar, that will take you to the thread for that skin set.
