What happens if my computer needs to be replaced? Can I have the software installed on two computer at the same time?
This way I can shop for a computer & still be able to use ScanXl.

Sorry about that, must have missed this one.

You can install the software on as many computers as you'd like using the same license, we only ask that you are only using 1 at a time (for monitoring/data logging). If your computer just totally dies and you lose your license, you can get it back by sending a quick email to sales@palmerperformance.com with any order information you may have.

thanks for you responce.. i understand that scan lx software is scan only ? is what program would you recomend to be able to change shift points in the transmision and recllabrait speedomittors to different
tire size? also are their any inexpensive chip reflashing programs that you would recomend....

Unfortunately, our software is read-only, and can't reflash anything. Reflashing also depends greatly upon your vehicle.

weston i am having trouble with the dashboard & drag strip & dyno pull software... i got my package from tuner tools they sold me obd2 software and interface module obd link part number 408101 is this part of my problem or am i doing something wrong

I responded to your email about the dashboards, what problems are you having with the dyno and drag strip?

the drag strip and dyno show no information how ever the christmas tree in the drag strip works....
however it shows no information and never shows 1/8 th or 1/4 mile finish line data like time or miles per hour .... dyno shows no horse power or tork readings
