You have to pass these commands to DashCommand as it starts. You can do it using a shortcut, or a batch file.
To do it with a shortcut (using Windows XP), right click on the desktop, and select New > Shortcut. For the location type "C:\Program Files\DashCommand\dashcommand.exe" -startindashboards, includes the quotes. Then hit Next, and Finish. That shortcut should have DashCommand automatically start in the dashboards screen.
You can move this shortcut to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup to have DashCommand start automatically when the CarPC is turned on.

Ahh Thanks that does work. But one more question if anyone could help. I'm using Riderunner as a frontend, any ideas how to get it to start in dashboards there?

Slider1385, glad you got it working.
williamk10, what happens if you remove -startindashboards from the shortcut (right-click > Properties)?

When I remove it, it works again. It'll load up to the main menu

Can you send me the shortcut you are using to generate this error? I would like to look at it. I wasn't able to recreate this error on my own. You can send it to support@palmerperformance.com.

I deleted and retyped the link and now i'm able to start in the dashboard.
However, how do I get it to start in the dashboard after I embed it in a front end like Road Runner?
