I need my installation code so I can download to a new laptop. I have emailed the support and customer service link with no response.

You should save the code yourself so that you can get rid of all those trouble when you need to install it again. I am not sure whether the same code works, but it is important that you save all the codes you got as you can use them as a reference and if anything happens, you could always make use of them. Hope that you will get a reply as soon as possible from them.
