hello..
was wondering if someone can help me... im going to be purchasing the scan xl tool for my 97 camaro z28..
the car has a 383 with a single t76 turbo on it.. still using stock computer
i am interested in logging air fuel ratio and boost with all other engine parameters.. i have read that scanxl is compatible with my current AEM wideband... im just a little confused on how exactly it works...... please correct me if im wrong but i would have my laptop connected to my vehicle via obdII port.....at the same time have my wideband connected via usb to my laptop as well with scanxl running it would log my air fuel ratio and it woudl be visible in"real time" on my laptop??..... or is there more to it...?? forgive me im extremely new to this and am looking for soem direction lol.... also would i do the same with a boost gauge with an analog output??
thank you in advance
nick
