I can not connect to Hyundai Coupe 2,7 V6 2002

I can not connect to Hyundai Coupe 2,7 V6 2002. I get error 104: Unable to connect or something like this. All configuration is OK done according to the manual. I can easly connect to the another car (Renault). I'm using demo version of software. Do you support this Korean car?

I have a Hyundai Genesis coupe 2.0T, and it connects fine.  It had some issues getting started, but once it 'learned' the system, it works fine 

But you say 2002, so I am guessing when you say v6 you are talking about a tiburon?  I know it works for that too.  The guy that told me about this system used it on his tiburon.
