I can't reload ScanXL after I had to reload all my programs after a virus hit the hard drive.  I have emailed the so called support service twice.  NOTHING!  No phone to call to get help.  This Palmer Performance is not what I expected so be forewarned about getting any technical support.  I guess I'll go elseware and kiss my purchase money GOODBYE!
