Hi all,

I've very recently picked up a KiWi WiFi + iMFD unit (with boost and oil temp sensor modules) and am very keen to try the DashCommand software.
What I wanted to know was if there's any chance of creating a new PID for DashCommand to extract and display the knock sum data from my JDM Evo VII ecu?
My trusty Evoscan software will do this and I  can see that Evoscan looks at 'request 26' for the knocksum figure and it's a straight forward count. I can provide a screen dump of the Evoscan dashboard with all the data if needed. Of course, Evoscan can't be used with an iPhone though or offer the majority of the features that DashCommand does!

I should probably point out, I think Evoscan uses the MUTII protocol to get the data it does from the OBD port...

I work in the IT industry so, don't have a problem getting my hands dirty to do this. Any information would be awesome.

Thanks in advance,

Paul
