I guess it is the iOS4 in combination with the hardware in it. My ipad runs iOS3 and it is running, but my 3GS has iOS4 with old hardware and it is also running. But my iPhone4 with iOS4 and new hardware isn't running at all.

My question is: Are we going to have a $50 that doesn't work and it's useless or is someone going to fix this?
I'm not going to waist $50 on a software that I can't use!!! I'm going to wait for an answer from the programmers.
If I don't get an answer I'm going to ask a full refund to PayPal. I think we're being cheated!!  Angry

Eros,

Can you get me a tech log of this? Tech logs hold a lot of technical information that should help me find out why it doesn't connect. To get a tech log, go to the Console > Debugging Options, and enable debug. Then go try to connect. After it fails, go back to the Console > Debugging Options, and select email tech log. You can email it to yourself, and attach the .tr file to your next post and I'll take a look.

In this tech log your 2002 Citroen C2 is returning "BUS INIT: ... FB ERROR". I've never seen this before, and the ELM327 spec sheet suggests that this error won't happen unless you have a wiring problem. The ELM327 spec sheet is here if you want to look at the FB ERROR description:
http://www.elmelectronics.com/DSheets/ELM327DSF.pdf

This would probably only happen if your vehicle wasn't OBD-II compliant, you have a defective interface, you have a wiring problem, or a blown fuse.

I still have no answers and no support. I couldn't connect to five different cars.
Is this the support you provide to your customers? Please don't delete this post too.

For your 2002 Citroen, you'll need to check to make sure its OBD-II compliant, and check the fuses and things like that. Like I said, I've never seen this error before and its probably something like a blown fuse.

If you can get me tech logs from another vehicle I'd be happy to look at those as well. Unfortunately, we aren't able to do anything about the error for your Citroen. It isn't a software problem and there just isn't anything we could do in software to fix it.
