Nice, this is what i've been lookin for, i've been messing around and getting nowhere making a dashboard.  Do you have something  like this for pcmscan? I like the programs even though for me right now they are complicated because i am trying to learn how it all works, but once i  learn i'm gonna come up with some cool dashboards..

I'm not sure what you're asking when you say "Do you have something  like this for pcmscan?". You see, DashXL dashboard support is built right into PCMSCAN. And it has been there since we introduced the technology almost a year ago. It is also available in our DashCommand product.

I'd love to see any dashboards you come up with. Please post them so we can all see them. And if you need any help or have any questions about the dashboard editor, just let me know.

i kinda worded that last post wrong i think.. for pcm scan software i was mostly talking about the different ways u can make gauges/graphs, etc.. i've understand most of it but i'd like to have a good handbook of everything about the program.  I forgot that dashxl was part of it.  I work in a european dealership and work on all sorts of cars, VW, Audi, bmw, mercedes, land rover, porsche, etc.. i use pcm scan alot for diagnostics, though sometimes i have to use our manfactorer specific scan tools.  Alot of times i can connect  to a vehicle and none of our other scan tools can.

Hey I just completed putting together the entire help file in MS Word format.  Let me know how you like it and also tell me if you find any errors.  I am also going to put it into PDF format also that will also be searchable and you can hyperlink to anywhere on the pages.  (OK post edited two days later and PDF is finished as well.)

Bill

I will re upload them in a little while. Just doing some minor changes to make it look better.
