I have the same thing showing up in my list of PID's. The red "X" indicate that the current vehicle does not support that PID. When you first connect your computer to the vehicle and you setup a new car in the list, ScanXl goes through a complete list of PID's asking the PCM if it supports it. The ones that are not supported become X'd out.

I agree, it would be nice to monitor the wss.

WHY IS ABS NOT A VALID PID FOR A 2004 IMPALA?

FOR $99 FOR THE GM ENHANCED FEATURES YOU DON'T GET MUCH!

I have connected with ABS module on 2001 Malibu. I imagined that 2004 would work too. I'm using scanXL pro with GM enhanced. There were very few available , but enough to do my diag.

bart3035, email support@palmerperformance.com about this. There are a few things we can try to get you those extra PIDs.

Hi,

I am running into the same issue reading a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire ABS module using the enhanced GM.  I have selected this vehicle, but should I select as another?  The PIDs don't show as supported regardless of a deep scan or not.  I have tried to change timings from 0 to 50 ms to slow things down.  The scan takes longer however the PIDs still don't know as supported.  While going through those ABS PIDs I do see both OBD and host indicators light up on the OBDLink MX.  Other PIDs checked in a deep scan only display the host indicator LED on the MX tool while scanning.

Any help would be appreciated.

My 2005 Buick Rendezvous only shows the RR Wheelspeed PID.  I had all four wheels before I changed laptop computers.
