 Shocked i received product code and license code forn scanxl pro but keep getting a invalid key response upon trying to register. is id  the same as customer id on regietration form?

You do need to fill in the Customer ID box, and also make sure you are trying to register the correct software. A ScanXL Pro license won't work in ScanXL Std.

If you still can't get it to work, email your license to support@palmerperformance.com so I can try it out.

i did not get a license key . i sent a e-mail to sale because support will not let me. can some one help!!!!

sales@palmerperformance.com should be able to re-send your license information to you. You need to fill in the Name, Customer ID, License Key, and Produce Code fields in ScanXL in order for it to accept the license.
