Newb here.  Got the PCMSCAN sofware in order to monitor/datalog a Dodge Viper...in order to follow up with tuning via SCT.
Problem is I'm getting an error on startup of PCMSCAN.  In a nutshell, it says, "The software has experienced a problem and needs to be restarted.  If this problem continues to happen, please contact technical support [...] The application will now close."

I can still access, and even connect to the car, but something is still not right.  I am not able to monitor anything.  It read for trouble codes and even identified the 4 O2 sensors, but nothing else seems to work.  I have not configured a custom dash, but shouldn't I still be able to monitor other things like RPM, temps, etc... Huh

First I'd like to get the error/problem figured out with software on startup.  Anyone seen this? Embarrassed

What version of PCMSCAN are you using? Some of the older versions aren't the most cooperative. Could you also email support your license key so we can take a look at it and try it ourselves?

It's PCMSCAN v2.4.12 (Build1572).  I just emailed my info to support.  Thanks for the excellent customer service you guys... I'm really looking forward to using the software.
