Lacking PIDs

Connected to my vauxhall vivaro but am getting a tiny amount of PIDs I can see supported, and also livedata non-working.

Can anyone advise as to why this may be ?

Van is a 2005 1.9 CDTi which I assumed would work as according to data all post 2004 diesels should support the software.

as i understand it software works about same methodolgy make sur you don't hve evaluation copy

Selling commercial software with no documentation.....tut tut...no, not very good !

Bought the software on zbay, guess I might have purchased a pup. It did come with a license key but the pp website doesnt recognize it

If you think the vehicle should support more PIDs than you are seeing in the PID Config, hit the Validate PIDs button near the top of the PID Config and select aggressive. That will have the software request each PID from the vehicle again to make sure it is, or isn't, supported.
