After saving my log "to file" and when I try to log the file back onto scanxl it look like its loading but there's nothing. Also, couple times in between playing around with the software my computer crashed with the blue screen Undecided.

Anyone know what is the problem? I just got the software. Im running windows 7 64bit.

No clue on the BSOD thing - I don't use Windows myself - but I've got a suspicion about your log file problem. If you've been monitoring with ScanXL, but not actually recording (that is, you've chosen Monitor (F2) in the menu, instead of Record (F3)), ScanXL will suggest that you save the log before quitting - but the log will be empty. Loading it later will have no result.

Since graphing doesn't work while monitoring (it needs the recording mode data structures to work), I've quit using that mode entirely, and always use Record, whether or not I'm planning to keep the log.

It has not been crashing lately for some reason and it actually been running really well, but I am still having some issue with saving my log file from a recording. For whatever reason, the 1st time I try to save my recording log it will never save. I go to my log manager and the file would be there but there's nothing in it. Its 0.00mb. Than when I would try to save the 2nd time it save with no problem.

The blue screen is most likely not caused our software. Those are from driver problems usually. I'm also using Windows 7 64 bit without any issues.

When you say the second time, do you mean you've made another new log file, or are you trying to save the same one again?
