not showing anything

Hello,
i have tried to find any fault codes using this program but seems that it shows anything but when i use different programm and different device its shows that there is more than 3 errors, why this program isnt showing anything at all?

What interface unit are you using with the software and are you sure it's connecting to the vehicle?

Can you get me a tech log of this? To get a tech log, (before you connect) go to the Help menu > Debug Options, and set Debug Level 9. Then connect and try to read the trouble codes. After it shows 0 codes, go back to Debug Options and select Save Tech Log. Attach it to your next post and it should help me see why you're not getting anything.
