If you have a license for an older version of ScanXL, you can upgrade it to a current ScanXL Pro license for free. There is a link near the top of the downloads page for this.

I have a license v3.2.1 professional, I've updated the v3.5.0 professional, when activated, I get access to the program, leaving it with a license key is not saved. Please tell me what to do, before the update was no problem.

Try going to 'Save Configuration As..'   and save it to a name that is not scanxlpro.cfg or scanxlstd.cfg
