DashCommand can be used without a WIFI connection. Can you tell us what you see when you start up DashCommand?

When i start Dashcommand i see de Splashscreen. it apears about 10 seconds then it vanishes. the dashcommand is then in the taskbar but also cannot be open from there (the splashscreen comes then again).

This sounds like a problem that we saw on a new iPad 2, a while ago. Have you already tried rebooting the phone? 2nd thing I would suggest is to uninstall/reinstall the app.

Another idea. We have another customer reporting a similar problem. He reports that if DashCommand is set to Auto-Connect at startup then it crashes when not connected.

Is your DashCommand set to AutoConnect?
