I just got my PCMSCAN plugged it into my 02 dodge dakota and it wont connect. I have filled out the license key and ID  but it still wont connect. Sticker under hood says its OBD II compatable. (also tried on a 02 ford f-150 something)

Is there something Im doing wrong Huh
