PCMSCAN Scan XL -wont connect with ELM327 1.4b Renault Megane 2004 error 104/200

Hello everyone.

Windows 7, COM1 thru USB

I have a problem. I have a PCMSCAN in v 2.4.12 (build 1194). I use it with ELM327 1.4b version and Renault Megane 2 CC 2004y. The problem is that i can connect thru this cable using for example scanmaster but i can not with PCMSCAN. Scanmaster is showing all the details like speed, rpm, temperatures etc. On the other side i have to say that i'm sure that at least my enging comp is using at least KWP 2000 fast protocol because my lpg comp with build in ODB is connected to engine comp and i can see also this values on my LPG comp.

In PCMSCAN:
When i click CONNECT is is trying to connect and after about 10 seconds of communication i'm receiving massage:
"Opening connection with OBD-II...
Switching to 115200 baud.
Could not open connection OBD-II! Error 200:OBD-communication error."

I have set up my ELM327 to 38200, 115200 and some other speeds, i was trying many different options and it never works. Can anyone help me with this problem?

I have just been in a car testing the newest SCANXL standard v3.5.1 (b2770). I can not connect because of Error104: Error detecting OBD-II protocol. Trying on 38400 and 115200

Any ideas? Maybe configuration in Windows?
