I didn't read the screen on the fillup page carefully and I filled in the gallons I put in on the first fill up, now instant and avg MPG say 0.0 and INF, they were working fine before. Is there a way to reset it?

Thanks

http://www.palmerperformance.com/download/docs/DashCommand_User_Manual.pdf

"It also has a Fuel Economy page showing your instant and average MPG, as well as an MPG graph over the last 3 hours. It has gauges for fuel level remaining, and distance to empty. You can press the Fuel Economy tab a second time to gain access to a sub menu with a reset button."

Hi thanks for the response.

Yes I read the manual which isn't so helpful, for some reason the little reset arrow
(which doesn't work correctly in the default tuxedo skins, it doesn't ever pop up) didn't do anything, the fuel page graphs are blank and the instant and average MPG are not working. And before you ask, yes I'm connected I can see data on the other screens. I'm using DashCommand 2.9.1 on iOS 5.01 because I'm worried about the AV screen out issue with DC 3.0

I have attached a screen shot.

I'm not sure exactly what is going on here then.

We have a bug in the default Tuxedo skins that we know about in version 2.9.1, that sometimes prevents the reset arrows from appearing. This has been fixed in 3.0.0 and if you are interested in the fix you can re-download that from DashXL.net. Or when the fix for the AV/out comes out then you can upgrade and the fix will be there automatically.

This thread might have some useful information, I'm not sure: http://www.palmerperformance.com/forum/index.php?topic=4616.0

Which skin exactly are you using in the screenshot? Is it the Tuxedo Landscape created by PalmerPerformance or is it a modified version?

I did re-download the Tuxedo Mobile Landscape by PalmePerformance updated 4-24-12, the reset arrows are still broken in that one BTW, unless you are referring to some of the many other tuxedo skins, which is very confusing. It's tough to look for and pick a specific one. That whole thing, as well as the way the app is laid out and functions, is a mess and I hope you are planning to fix all of that soon.

The one in the screen shot is called "Tuxedo Landscape MPG added to Performance TEST", it's reset arrow functions correctly in terms of display however pressing it did nothing for my issue.

What I finally did, was just delete DC and reinstall the 2.9.1 that I had saved on my computer. This seems to have fixed it.

We are planning to make the dashboards easier to find and install. It's on our planning sheet right now, and if you have any suggestions now would be a good time to get them considered.

Instead of this, anyone who finds themselves unable to reset Trip/MPG data can just delete their vehicle from the Vehicle Manager -- you don't need to entirely delete DashCommand. We will look into this issue more, and see if we can't get the buttons working correctly.
