We're doing a restomod with a 6.2 liter LS3 out of a 2010 camaro. The vehicle computer is a Speartech reprogrammed factory ECM. We had some disconnected sensors when we first powered it up, but is now fully wired. I am getting P0122, P0223, p2122, and P2127 which are Throttle Position and Accelerator pedal faults related to 5V. The odd part is that I get a green check engine light symbol in Scan XL pro when I check the trouble codes, and I can't clear the codes. Should I go through the diagnostics ( checking actual voltages), or are these just the new "permanent" codes that have to be cleared by operating the vehicle?

It's been my experience that the TPS/actuator faults are continuously monitored and reported. So, even if you clear codes, they will come back almost immediately.

GaryDoug is correct, a lot of codes will look like they don't clear, when in fact they're clearing and coming back right away. I'd make sure you have everything wired up correctly.

This turned out to be emission related codes that even the dealers can't clear. They cleared themselves eventually, and even before the history cleared, the check engine light turned off.  Non-issue. The only reason they were on in the first place was that we initially powered up the PCM with the throttle body disconnected.
