 I've downloaded the Scanxl Wifi pro with the GM add-on several times, but I keep getting the 2709 error. It refers me back to the Windows service pack 3.  Following the Windows program for Service Pack 3 ( Windows XP) it doesn't download properly. It did the same thing with the repair/patch for Windows 8.  Nothing shows up. This is on a HP laptop with Windows 10 dedicated solely to the Scantool and PPE Wifi software. Wiz loaded perfectly. I am at a loss of what to do next. Any ideas floating around out there?
