Can someone please advise an ETA for the Toyota Enhanced Diagnostics? I have seen another company that has added the enhanced diagnostics for Toyotas.

Thank you!

Bump back to the top!

I was trying to find a way to add in a custom PID so I could monitor my transmission temp. It would appear there is no way to do this, as those PIDs are considered "Enhanced", and can only be accessed when purchased as an enhanced package!

Why not let the users add in custom PIDs? Or at least until an "Enhanced" package is available for their vehicle?

Hi,

We have two Prius:
  • 2003 Prius - 150,000 miles
  • 2010 Prius - 35,000 miles
Right now we have these scanners:
  • Graham miniscanner (used) - 2003 Prius only
  • Scangauge II - up to 30, XGAUGEs for 2003 and/or 2010 Prius
  • AutoEnginuity - Toyota enhancement, both 2003 and 2010 Prius
It looks like we can enter a single, custom PID and get the HEX return. But it isn't clear there is a JavaScript interface that allows a list of custom PIDs and conversion of the HEX return to engineering units.

Is this correct?

We really want Prius PIDs for both the 2001-03 and 2010-current models. But it would help to have the 2004-2009 Prius too. But right now, I'm not seeing it.

Let me know when you've got something.

Thanks,
Bob Wilson

Bump back to the top!!  I saw a post that said Volvo had priority...There's gotta be more Toyota's (and Chryslers) on the road using your software than Volvos!

I don't actually know what will come first. I am not sure we have planned it out that far ahead, and if we do plan it out, we usually change our plans anyways.
I will mention that what we come out with next will have as much to do with how quickly we can get it out as well as how popular it will be.

We are starting to move faster on enhanced packages, so you'll start to see more updates coming out. So whatever is next, something else will be just around the corner.
