Did you remember to include the text in the brackets as part of the customer id? That is probably the most common thing that happens when customers receive this error.

I have the same problem!!  Order #2746!   I have talked to Holly a couple times but still not able to use the software! I cut and pasted from the e-mail and it tells me incorrect info!!

Mike, I have responded to your emails about this. Your license should work, it just needs to be put into ScanXL ELM and not PCMSCAN.
