has someone successfully connected and used ScanXL with on a Porsche 993Turbo?

I use Elmscan5 usb and ScanXL and I get connected to the cars obd2, but the only info I get in the ScanXL is the display of the current rpm.
No other PID or sensor info is available.
What is wrong here?
Has someone successfully read pid codes from a 993Turbo?

(if not then I learned that the promises of the vendors are not accurate..)

Best regards

This is a limitation of the evaluation version of our software. Without a full software license you can only monitor Engine RPM.
