I have dashcommand and I bought the extended parameters for my 1997 chevy K1500 and I was told I can check the timing with it to see how far off it is. But I'm having a hard time finding out how to do it. Can anyone help?

I would start by looking under the datagrid tab, it can also be found in the dashXL dashboard, 4th tab that looks like the engine light, then click fuel trims and it will also display timing.
