I can get it to read using one of the pids but it has atmospheric as it's starting point.
I have purchased the 2011 ford enhanced pids. Any help appreciated.

It starts at atmospheric pressure because that is the normal manifold pressure in a diesel, they do not generate vacuum since they have no throttle body. Boost will work correctly, but you can not read vacuum from a diesel.
