I would like to test the PCMSCAN OBDII software on my Win10 Surface, but am unable to connect via Bluetooth. I am using an Autoscan 2016 OBDII Bluetooth hardware dongle from Berry King; which claims to support PCMSCAN and successfully connected via Bluetooth to other software (OBD Car Doctor, Scanmaster ELM Demo) The error states "Failed to open OBD-II connection! Error 104: No OBD-II response. Try increasing the OBD-II response timeout". I have tried increasing the timeouts to their maximums and adjusting just about every possible available setting just to test. Should PCMScan work via bluetooth only? If so, any thoughts what else I can try? Tahnks in advance for your help.
