I have a new laptop with windows 10 and I am not able to connect to any vehicles. I have tried different cables and redownloaded scanxl, but I keep getting the same response
Failed to open OBD-II connection! Error 109: OBD-II interface not found.
Is there an issue with windows 10?
Where is this problem coming from?

What hardware interface are you using? You need to make sure you have drivers installed for it.

If you're still having issues, try using OBD scanner.. just search google or youtube
